Successful people are always telling us to set goals and write them down. Goal setting is an important part of success in life. • Visualization - is another technique used for self-improvement where mental images are visualized or imagined. This further strengthens the belief that goals can be reached.

Self-improvement is a matter of awareness of the self, after which begins the path to reaching our goals and dreams. Since every individual is different, different methods work for different people.
